1En Benjamin het Bela, sy eersgeborene, verwek, Asbel die tweede en Agrag die derde,וּבִ֨נְיָמִ֔ן הוֹלִ֖יד אֶת־בֶּ֣לַע בְּכֹר֑וֹ אַשְׁבֵּל֙ הַשֵּׁנִ֔י וְאַחְרַ֖ח הַשְּׁלִישִֽׁי׃Benjamin was the father of Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, Aharah the third, 2Noga die vierde en Rafa die vyfde.נוֹחָה֙ הָֽרְבִיעִ֔י וְרָפָ֖א הַחֲמִישִֽׁי׃ סNohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.
3En Bela het seuns gehad: Adar, Gera en Abihud,וַיִּהְי֥וּ בָנִ֖ים לְבָ֑לַע אַדָּ֥ר וְגֵרָ֖א וַאֲבִיהֽוּד׃The sons of Bela: Addar, Gera, Abihud, 4en Abisua, Naäman en Agoag,וַאֲבִישׁ֥וּעַ וְנַעֲמָ֖ן וַאֲחֽוֹחַ׃Abishua, Naaman, Ahoah, 5en Gera, Sefufan en Huram.וְגֵרָ֥א וּשְׁפוּפָ֖ן וְחוּרָֽם׃Gera, Shephuphan, and Huram.
6En dit is die seuns van Ehud; dit is die familiehoofde van die inwoners van Geba, en hulle het hulle in ballingskap weggevoer na Managat:

וְאֵ֖לֶּה בְּנֵ֣י אֵח֑וּד אֵ֣לֶּה הֵ֞ם רָאשֵׁ֤י אָבוֹת֙ לְי֣וֹשְׁבֵי גֶ֔בַע וַיַּגְל֖וּם אֶל־מָנָֽחַת׃These were the descendants of Ehud who were the heads of the families living in Geba and were exiled to Manahath: 7Naäman, Agia en Gera; hy het hulle in ballingskap weggevoer, en hy het Ussa en Agihud verwek.וְנַעֲמָ֧ן וַאֲחִיָּ֛ה וְגֵרָ֖א ה֣וּא הֶגְלָ֑ם וְהוֹלִ֥יד אֶת־עֻזָּ֖א וְאֶת־אֲחִיחֻֽד׃Naaman, Ahijah, and Gera, who carried them into exile and who was the father of Uzza and Ahihud.

Dit was sy seuns, familiehoofde.וְאֶת־יְע֥וּץ וְאֶת־שָֽׂכְיָ֖ה וְאֶת־מִרְמָ֑ה אֵ֥לֶּה בָנָ֖יו רָאשֵׁ֥י אָבֽוֹת׃Jeuz, Sachia, and Mirmah. These were his sons, heads of families. 11En by Husim het hy Abitub en Elpaäl verwek.וּמֵחֻשִׁ֛ים הוֹלִ֥יד אֶת־אֲבִיט֖וּב וְאֶת־אֶלְפָּֽעַל׃He also had sons by Hushim: Abitub and Elpaal. 12En die seuns van Elpaäl: Eber, Misam en Semed; hy het Ono en Lod met sy dorpe gebou.

וּבְנֵ֣י אֶלְפַּ֔עַל עֵ֥בֶר וּמִשְׁעָ֖ם וָשָׁ֑מֶד ה֚וּא בָּנָ֣ה אֶת־אוֹנ֔וֹ וְאֶת־לֹ֖ד וּבְנֹתֶֽיהָ׃The sons of Elpaal: Eber, Misham, Shemed (who built Ono and Lod with its villages),
13En Beria en Sema; hulle was die familiehoofde van die inwoners van Ajalon; hulle het die inwoners van Gat laat vlug.וּבְרִעָ֣ה וָשֶׁ֔מַע הֵ֚מָּה רָאשֵׁ֣י הָאָב֔וֹת לְיוֹשְׁבֵ֖י אַיָּל֑וֹן הֵ֥מָּה הִבְרִ֖יחוּ אֶת־י֥וֹשְׁבֵי גַֽת׃and Beriah and Shema (who were the heads of families living in Aijalon and who drove out the inhabitants of Gath). 14En Agjo, Sasak en Jeremot,וְאַחְי֥וֹ שָׁשָׁ֖ק וִירֵמֽוֹת׃Ahio, Shashak, Jeremoth, 15en Sebadja, Arad en Eder,וּזְבַדְיָ֥ה וַעֲרָ֖ד וָעָֽדֶר׃Zebadiah, Arad, Eder, 16en Migael, Jispa en Joga, die seuns van Beria.וּמִיכָאֵ֧ל וְיִשְׁפָּ֛ה וְיוֹחָ֖א בְּנֵ֥י בְרִיעָֽה׃Michael, Ishpah, and Joha were the sons of Beriah.
17En Sebadja, Mesullam, Hiski en Heber,וּזְבַדְיָ֥ה וּמְשֻׁלָּ֖ם וְחִזְקִ֥י וָחָֽבֶר׃Zebadiah, Meshullam, Hizki, Heber, 18en Jismerai, Jislia en Jobab, die seuns van Elpaäl.וְיִשְׁמְרַ֧י וְיִזְלִיאָ֛ה וְיוֹבָ֖ב בְּנֵ֥י אֶלְפָּֽעַל׃Ishmerai, Izliah, and Jobab were the sons of Elpaal.
19En Jakim, Sigri en Sabdi,וְיָקִ֥ים וְזִכְרִ֖י וְזַבְדִּֽי׃Jakim, Zichri, Zabdi, 20en Eliënai, Silletai en Eliël,וֶאֱלִיעֵנַ֥י וְצִלְּתַ֖י וֶאֱלִיאֵֽל׃Elienai, Zillethai, Eliel, 21en Adaja, Beraja en Simrat, die seuns van Simei.וַעֲדָיָ֧ה וּבְרָאיָ֛ה וְשִׁמְרָ֖ת בְּנֵ֥י שִׁמְעִֽי׃Adaiah, Beraiah, and Shimrath were the sons of Shimei.
22En Jispan, Eber en Eliël,וְיִשְׁפָּ֥ן וָעֵ֖בֶר וֶאֱלִיאֵֽל׃Ishpan, Eber, Eliel, 23en Abdon, Sigri en Hanan,וְעַבְדּ֥וֹן וְזִכְרִ֖י וְחָנָֽן׃Abdon, Zichri, Hanan, 24en Hananja, Elam en Antotija,וַחֲנַנְיָ֥ה וְעֵילָ֖ם וְעַנְתֹתִיָּֽה׃Hananiah, Elam, Anthothijah, 25en Jifdeja en Penuel, die seuns van Sasak.וְיִפְדְיָ֥ה בְּנֵ֥י שָׁשָֽׁק׃Iphdeiah, and Penuel were the sons of Shashak.
26En Samserai, Seharja en Atalja,וְשַׁמְשְׁרַ֥י וּשְׁחַרְיָ֖ה וַעֲתַלְיָֽה׃Shamsherai, Shehariah, Athaliah, 27en Jaäresja, Elia en Sigri, die seuns van Jerogam.וְיַעֲרֶשְׁיָ֧ה וְאֵלִיָּ֛ה וְזִכְרִ֖י בְּנֵ֥י יְרֹחָֽם׃Jaareshiah, Elijah, and Zichri were the sons of Jeroham. 28Dit was familiehoofde volgens hulle geslagte, hoofde; hulle het in Jerusalem gewoon.אֵ֣לֶּה רָאשֵׁ֥י אָב֛וֹת לְתֹלְדוֹתָ֖ם רָאשִׁ֑ים אֵ֖לֶּה יָשְׁב֥וּ בִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ סAll these were heads of families, the chiefs according to their genealogies, and they lived in Jerusalem.
29En in Gibeon het die vader van Gibeon gewoon, en die naam van sy vrou was Maäka.וּבְגִבְע֥וֹן יָשְׁב֖וּ אֲבִ֣י גִבְע֑וֹן וְשֵׁ֥ם אִשְׁתּ֖וֹ מַעֲכָֽה׃Jeiel the father of Gibeon lived in Gibeon. His wife’s name was Maacah, 30en sy eersgeborene seun was Abdon, en Sur, Kis, Baäl en Nadab,וּבְנ֥וֹ הַבְּכ֖וֹר עַבְדּ֑וֹן וְצ֥וּר וְקִ֖ישׁ וּבַ֥עַל וְנָדָֽב׃and Abdon was his firstborn son, then Zur, Kish, Baal, Nadab, 31en Gedor, Agjo en Seker.וּגְד֥וֹר וְאַחְי֖וֹ וָזָֽכֶר׃Gedor, Ahio, Zecher, 32En Miklot het Simea verwek; en ook hulle het teenoor hulle broers in Jerusalem gewoon, saam met hulle broers.וּמִקְל֖וֹת הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־שִׁמְאָ֑ה וְאַף־הֵ֗מָּה נֶ֧גֶד אֲחֵיהֶ֛ם יָשְׁב֥וּ בִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם עִם־אֲחֵיהֶֽם׃ סand Mikloth, who was the father of Shimeah. They too lived alongside their relatives in Jerusalem.
33En Ner het Kis verwek, en Kis het Saul verwek, en Saul het Jonatan, Malkisua, Abinadab en Esbaäl verwek.וְנֵר֙ הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־קִ֔ישׁ וְקִ֖ישׁ הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־שָׁא֑וּל וְשָׁא֗וּל הוֹלִ֤יד אֶת־יְהֽוֹנָתָן֙ וְאֶת־מַלְכִּי־שׁ֔וּעַ וְאֶת־אֲבִֽינָדָ֖ב וְאֶת־אֶשְׁבָּֽעַל׃Ner was the father of Kish, Kish was the father of Saul, and Saul was the father of Jonathan, Malchishua, Abinadab, and Esh-baal. 34En die seun van Jonatan was Merib-Baäl, en Merib-Baäl het Miga verwek.וּבֶן־יְהוֹנָתָ֖ן מְרִ֣יב בָּ֑עַל וּמְרִ֥יב בַּ֖עַל הוֹלִ֥יד אֶת־מִיכָֽה׃ סThe son of Jonathan: Merib-baal, and Merib-baal was the father of Micah.
35En die seuns van Miga: Piton, Melek, Tarea en Agas.וּבְנֵ֖י מִיכָ֑ה פִּית֥וֹן וָמֶ֖לֶךְ וְתַאְרֵ֥עַ וְאָחָֽז׃The sons of Micah: Pithon, Melech, Tarea, and Ahaz. 36En Agas het Joadda verwek, en Joadda het Alemet, Asmawet en Simri verwek, en Simri het Mosa verwek.וְאָחָז֙ הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־יְהוֹעַדָּ֔ה וִיהֽוֹעַדָּ֗ה הוֹלִ֛יד אֶת־עָלֶ֥מֶת וְאֶת־עַזְמָ֖וֶת וְאֶת־זִמְרִ֑י וְזִמְרִ֖י הוֹלִ֥יד אֶת־מוֹצָֽא׃Ahaz was the father of Jehoaddah, Jehoaddah was the father of Alemeth, Azmaveth, and Zimri, and Zimri was the father of Moza. 37En Mosa het Binea verwek; Rafa was sy seun, Elasa sy seun, Asel sy seun.וּמוֹצָ֖א הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־בִּנְעָ֑א רָפָ֥ה בְנ֛וֹ אֶלְעָשָׂ֥ה בְנ֖וֹ אָצֵ֥ל בְּנֽוֹ׃Moza was the father of Binea. Raphah was his son, Eleasah his son, and Azel his son. 38En Asel het ses seuns gehad, en dit is hulle name: Asrikam, Bokeru, Ismael, Searja, Obadja en Hanan. Al hierdie was die seuns van Asel.

וּלְאָצֵל֮ שִׁשָּׁ֣ה בָנִים֒ וְאֵ֣לֶּה שְׁמוֹתָ֗ם עַזְרִיקָ֥ם׀ בֹּ֨כְרוּ֙ וְיִשְׁמָעֵ֣אל וּשְׁעַרְיָ֔ה וְעֹבַדְיָ֖ה וְחָנָ֑ן כָּל־אֵ֖לֶּה בְּנֵ֥י אָצַֽל׃Azel had six sons, and these were their names: Azrikam, Bocheru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel. 39En die seuns van Esek, sy broer: Ulam, sy eersgeborene, Jeüs die tweede en Elifelet die derde.וּבְנֵ֖י עֵ֣שֶׁק אָחִ֑יו אוּלָ֣ם בְּכֹר֔וֹ יְעוּשׁ֙ הַשֵּׁנִ֔י וֶֽאֱלִיפֶ֖לֶט הַשְּׁלִשִֽׁי׃The sons of his brother Eshek: Ulam was his firstborn, Jeush second, and Eliphelet third. 40En die seuns van Ulam was manne, dapper helde, wat die boog span, en hulle het baie seuns en kleinseuns gehad, 150. Al hierdie was uit die seuns van Benjamin.

וַֽיִּהְי֣וּ בְנֵי־א֠וּלָם אֲנָשִׁ֨ים גִּבֹּרֵי־חַ֜יִל דֹּ֣רְכֵי קֶ֗שֶׁת וּמַרְבִּ֤ים בָּנִים֙ וּבְנֵ֣י בָנִ֔ים מֵאָ֖ה וַחֲמִשִּׁ֑ים כָּל־אֵ֖לֶּה מִבְּנֵ֥י בִנְיָמִֽן׃ פThe sons of Ulam were mighty men of valor, archers, and they had many sons and grandsons—150 in all. All these were the descendants of Benjamin.
